What we collect
We collect the minimum data needed to authenticate you, create your organization, and run the app.
Account data
- Email address (from Google sign-in)
- Basic profile info (name/avatar if provided by Google)
- Authentication identifiers needed to keep your account secure
Organization/workspace data
- Organization name and workspace settings (e.g., base currency, timezone)
- Membership and role information (access control)
Product data you create
Anything you enter into the app (e.g., bank accounts, configurations, notes, demo/test inputs) is stored to provide the service.
Usage & diagnostics (limited)
- Basic logs needed for security, reliability, and debugging (e.g., errors)
- Feedback you submit through the app
How we use your data
- To authenticate you and prevent unauthorized access
- To create and run your organization workspace
- To provide the features you use (Treasury + Accounting workflows)
- To maintain reliability and security (monitoring, abuse prevention)
- To respond to support requests and feedback you submit
- To improve the product (preferably using aggregated, non-identifying signals)
When we share data
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only when needed to provide the service or comply with law.
Service providers
Liquanta uses third-party providers for core infrastructure. They process data only to deliver the service.
- Authentication: Google OAuth
- Backend/auth/database: Supabase
- Hosting/CDN: our infrastructure providers
Legal requirements
We may disclose data if required by law, or to protect users and the service from harm or abuse.
Team members you invite
If you invite others to your organization, they can access workspace data based on their role/permissions.
Cookies
We use cookies (or similar technologies) mainly for authentication and keeping you signed in.
- Session/auth cookies (required for login)
- Security-related cookies (abuse prevention)
- Analytics cookies (optional)
Data retention
We keep your data as long as your account or organization is active, unless you request deletion or we must retain data for legal reasons.
- You can request deletion of your workspace data.
- Some operational logs may be retained for security and reliability for a limited time.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal data.
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Withdraw consent where applicable
Security note
Liquanta is designed around organization scoping and auditability. Sensitive actions can be permissioned and logged.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Liquanta evolves. If changes are material, we’ll post an update here and/or notify users inside the app.
