These terms explain how you can use Liquanta. The short version: use the product responsibly, keep your account secure, and don’t try anything weird with other people’s data.
Effective date: 2026-03-04
Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using Liquanta, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, please do not use the service. If you are using Liquanta on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
What Liquanta is
Liquanta is an Accounting & Treasury Management System built in public.
Liquanta provides tools for treasury and accounting workflows (for example: organization-scoped workspaces, financial configuration, reporting views, and operational controls).
Features may change over time as the product evolves. Some areas may be experimental or incomplete.

You are responsible for your account and how your organization uses Liquanta.
Account security
- Use Liquanta only through your own authorized sign-in methods (e.g., Google sign-in).
- Do not share access in ways that bypass intended permissions.
- Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Organization scoping
Data in Liquanta is scoped to your organization workspace. You must not attempt to access data that isn’t yours.
Acceptable use
Please use the service responsibly.
You agree not to:
- Break the law or violate third-party rights when using Liquanta.
- Attempt to access other organizations’ data or bypass access controls.

If you find a security issue, please report it via /contact.
Your data
You own the data you put into Liquanta.
Ownership
As between you and Liquanta, you retain ownership of your content and data. We process it only to provide and improve the service.
Build in public
Liquanta is built in public, which means we may share product progress, UI changes, and feature updates publicly. We do not intend to publish your private workspace data. Please avoid entering sensitive production data while the product is in early stages.
Exports and sharing
If you export data or share access with others in your organization, you are responsible for how that data is handled.
Third-party services
Liquanta relies on third-party providers to operate.
For example, authentication may be provided via Google and the backend platform may be provided by Supabase. Your use of those services may be subject to their terms and policies.
Availability and changes
The service may change as we ship features in public.
We may update, remove, or add features at any time. We aim to keep the product stable, but early-stage features may occasionally break.
We may suspend or restrict access if needed for maintenance, security, or abuse prevention.
Termination
You can stop using Liquanta at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is abuse, security risk, or violation of these terms.
You can request deletion of your account/workspace data via /contact.
Disclaimers
Please read this part carefully.
Liquanta is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not make guarantees that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Liquanta is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice.
Limitation of liability
We limit our liability to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, Liquanta will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Liquanta evolves. If changes are material, we’ll post an update here and/or notify users inside the app.
